StreetWise Announces New 'Premise Alert' Feature

April 21, 2020
StreetWise Response Software has unveiled a new feature for StreetWise that can greatly help departments tracking known or suspected COVID-19 cases.

StreetWise Response Software is excited to announce a completely new feature for StreetWise, and for those departments tracking known or suspected COVID-19 cases, the timing of this new feature couldn’t be better.

Our Premise Alerts feature allows you to set a custom message that will alert responders to a condition or concern related to a specific address whenever a call is dispatched to that address. Unlike a preplan, a Premise Alert is a textual caution message that appears right at the top of the incident alert body. Its prominent placement and bold, eye-catching yellow font will quickly let responders know about any condition that could inhibit response, endanger responding crews, or improve accessibility. This makes your response smarter and safer.

For clients whose CAD systems do not have a premise alert feature, or to whom the feature is inaccessible, StreetWise Premise Alerts are here!

For more details, we have created a video tutorial that can be viewed HERE or at StreetWise University.
