Delivery: Cambridge Springs, PA, Pumper/Tanker

Cambridge Springs VFD took delivery of a Toyne 2,500-gallon pumper/tanker on a Spartan chassis.

The Cambridge Springs Volunteer Fire Department took delivery of their second Toyne apparatus, a custom pumper/tanker.

The Spartan FC94 MFD 6x4 chassis is powered by a 450-hp Cummins ISL9 engine and Allison 3000 EVS transmission. The Spartan cab has a 10-inch raised roof and can seat six firefighters.

Fire suppression includes a 1,500-gpm Waterous CSU pump and 2,500-gallon UPF tank. A Foam Pro 1600 Class-A foam system is supplied by a 25-gallon foam cell.

The body is bolted, painted stainless steel and features a Zico quick-lift ladder and hard suction hose rack and custom storage solutions including slide-out storage trays and SCBA compartments above the wheel wells. A Zico hydraulic porta-tank rack holds a 2,500-gallon Syntex portable tank. There is a rear 4-inch direct tank fill and a rear manual swivel dump.
