April Proves Cruel for Ambulances in Accidents, Thefts

While the month isn't quite over, emergency agencies around the country have seen their ambulances crashed into and driven off with at a high rate.

April isn't over yet, and it's already been a cruel month for emergency agencies and their ambulances.

Ambulances have been in an unusual number of accidents—responding to calls in most cases—this month. Units also have been the targets of thieves, who've driven off and damaged the vehicles in some cases.
